1. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- You must not have accessed more than 10% of the course content
- The request must be made from the same email used for purchase
- No certificate of completion has been issued
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concerns.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Any downloaded course materials (PDFs, worksheets, etc.)
- Courses where more than 10% of content has been accessed
- Bundled courses if any single course in the bundle has been completed
- Special promotional or discounted purchases marked "non-refundable"

3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

- Include your full name and order number
- Specify the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
- Other Payment Methods: Up to 14 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If this isn't possible, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative method.
5. Special Circumstances
In exceptional cases, we may consider refund requests outside the standard policy:
- Technical issues preventing course access that we cannot resolve
- Duplicate or accidental purchases
- Documented medical emergencies preventing course completion
